Debra is the speaker of choice for International Women’s Day (IWD). After 20 years of working in Women’s Leadership Development, she has honed her ability to connect with women on the issues that really matter to them and their careers. Her keynote speeches are as equally inspiring as they are practical.
As a busy mum, working at Board Level and travelling internationally for meetings, she knows only too well that there is no time for unactionable content. She always shares tips that can be implemented straight away.
WOMEN'S NETWORK FORUM AT BUCKINGHAM PALACE
In 2014, Debra co-founded The DofE Women’s Network Forum, based out of Buckingham Palace and chaired by HRH The Countess of Wessex. Debra recruited women leaders from major organisations such as HSBC and Google to come together to share best practice on gender balance in the workplace.
Through her company Mix Diversity, Debra spends much of her time working with global organisations on their Diversity and Inclusion strategies, Women in Leadership programmes, Gender Pay Gap Reporting and delivering Unconscious Bias training. This work led her to being nominated for the European Diversity Awards' Inspirational Role Model of the Year category and the National Diversity Awards' Positive Role Model for the Gender Category.
