what we do with it
All the personal data we process is processed by our staff in the UK. However, for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance, the data that we collect from you may be transferred to, processed and/or stored at a destination outside the European Economic Area (āEEAā). By submitting your personal data, you agree to this. No third parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
how long we keep it
If you are a paying customer, we are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 (six) years. After that time, we will delete it if you instruct us to do so by contacting Ā hello[at]debrasearle.com.
If you are not a paying customer, the information that we use for marketing purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.
what we would also like to do with it
