For years I have suffered from a limiting belief that has really held me back at times. More recently a new one has developed. In this vlog I talk about these two limiting beliefs, the inner chat (or as psychologists call it ‘self-talk’) that causes me problems and how I am tackling it.

If there is a voice in your head that keeps telling you that you are not good enough, fit enough, intelligent enough, thin enough etc. to achieve your hopes and aspirations then be encouraged and take a look at this.
